So I never write reviews, but I absolutely had to take the time to write about Tease It! I typed in hair salons into my Maps and Tease It was the second salon to come up, it was only a mile from where I was and I was in desperate need of a hair cut so I just drove straight over. Didn't call ahead or check to see if they had any available appointments. The front desk receptionist was so kind and understanding in my need to have my hair cut TODAY. The receptionist also has a pug which pretty much solidifies the salon's legitimacy for me. G cut my hair and did an amazing job! He took the time to ask me about the style I wanted and was open to discussion on what I wanted and what would look best on me given my hair type. He never once said "No I won't do that." instead, asking if I was sure and explaining the styling maintenance for straight across bangs might not be something I would want to deal with every day. I always prefer my stylists to cut off less in the beginning and also for my hair to be cut dry. G is so intuitive he did all of this without me ever even having to ask. Once he had finished, he let me see the back and showed me how much he had cut. worked with me to find a way to achieve the style I wanted that would look best on me given my hair type. Sometimes it feels like a stylist will just kind of do whatever they want based on what they think you SHOULD have, but this was not G at all! He was open to discussion about what I wanted and provided his professional opinion in a way that didn't make me feel like he was deciding for me. He was super attentive, professional, and just overall a really kind person.It was worth every penny and I would highly recommend this salon and G himself.

Seriously, Mallory is amazing! Watching how flawless and easy she makes her job look was inspiring. I cannot express to you how amazing my hair looks and feels. What normally takes 4 hours to do she somehow managed to color and cut and style my very thick hair in 2 hours and 10 minutes. I'm absolutely ecstatic right now. Mallory, I am beyond grateful that I found you! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Hands down the best place I've ever been. They took care of me from start to finish. I relied on the stylist to choose the best hair style for me and it was perfect. So glad I tried this place and I don't have to go anywhere else anymore! In this world, you get what you pay for and this place is worth it.
