You know I have to admit Arthur is a great salesman but he has no business to be involved with roofing and solar. I really believe he can sell ocean front property in the desert. He subcontracts out all his work and although nothing wrong with that he will promise to take you to the moon and back without communication to his roofer. First thing they promised to have the roofing project start on this date but it did not start for another month. They said that the weather caused the first delay then the second excuse was they had a client with her new roof installed but she did not like the color and wanted to tear it off and start over. I never give out negative reviews (in fact, this is my first one) and usually just consider things a loss when something happens and walk away from it, but after this year long (yes, one year!) experience having to deal SunLife and their lack of project management skills, and B.S. stories that they would give me has been a huge headache and mistake. It all started around June/July '18, I gave Arthur a call because I was interested in doing solar panels and other exterior upgrades/modifications to my house.
