Hands down some of the best physical therapists I've worked with. Everyone is friendly at the office and they have helped me tremendously with my low back pain and hip flexor issues. I appreciate the hands on and 1 on 1 time compared to the other PT offices through major medical groups, who just give you 15-20 min or less. They challenge you in the right ways and explain why they're doing it. Highly recommend.
My daughter is a dancer and we found Maddie here extremely kind and knowledgable and helpful because she used to be a dancer as well! She knows what dancers are going through and knows exactly how to fix the issue. My daughter was able to be pain free after 3-4 sessions!
First, let me say that I cannot way enough about SoCal Elite PT, specifically Kenzie and Brennan. I have worked with them over the last year after being injured in a motor vehicle accident.Kenzie and Brennan are both caring, methodical, careful, knowledgable and work to get you back to where you want to be. They take the time to learn about you, your injuries and how you were impacted, how it has impacted your activities of daily living.
