Had a weird smell in our guest bath and gave sky blue a call. George came and checked, found there was a leak until the tiles from a faulty toilet wax ring. They started work the next day. The entire bathroom had to be gutted, dried and fixed. Sky Blue got everything done in 1.5 weeks - which was amazing considering it takes 3 days to dry and it was Labor Day weekend. Everything was dried and remediated to ensure no mold and then they rebuilt the bathroom - from dry wall to paint to tiles and toilet and vanity installed. Excellent teamwork with this company! I recently had the fortunate experience working with George from Sky Blue Restorations. Upon arrival I noticed there job was well organized and thorough. As a plumber it was very clear to me what was wet and where it was wet. These guys had it marked out precisely. The communication was clear from the beginning and the follow through after the job was complete was equally as good!!!
Sky Blue came out quickly when I contacted them and had a water leak to begin the demo and fans. It made it less stressful having them out quick and they knew exactly what to do and worked with my insurance company. The owner answered the phone and text as soon as I called. They got the estimates submitted and followed up with the adjuster. Happy with the professionalism and the way they kept things clean with plastic as they did the work. I would recommend them for water damage and restoration.
