Worked with Sterling for a big renovation at my home, after a negative experience with other contractors. They did a great job overall.
Bashar, Fanan, and Raed were very responsive. There was continuous and steady progress, and I usually was invited over each week to check on the progress of work.
The project was well timed. The initial estimate was for around 5 months. It ended up taking 5 months and 3 weeks. The small delay was due to city permitting back-and-forth and weather, which all seemed understandable.

We needed a demolition and final finish for a room which was constructed by previous owners. Bashar handled permits, drawings, demo, and finish work with pure professionalism and excellent communications. We've recommended him to our friends and family who require any remodeling, demo, and/or construction services. One stop shop!
Wow, I can sleep at night! Having the Sterling Consulting team and the principal engineer Bashar inspect my home was an awesome experience. They inspected the structural components of my home and advised on which components we needed to remove or where we needed to add more support. The inspection fee and report was all discussed upfront and well before the engineers arrived. My expectations were set from the beginning and after the inspection I received everything requested! Sterling Consulting is exactly what I needed, they were also very efficient and reliable - all reports were submitted , we can now enjoy the home. Thank you to the team. 5 stars
