Overall working with them was great. It was my first big accident and first time working with a law firm. Jamie was awesome with initial questions and taking care paperwork. I also worked with Scott the paralegal and he was ok. He answered most of my questions but for things that he had to look into he would take a while to get back to me. I felt like I had to follow up to get status on my case. They did take care of everything and was able to get the most they can. I do appreciate everyone that worked on my case.
I got rear ended in June in 2023 and the process with this law firm has been great. Very communicative and informative. They were on top of everything and it went very smoothly on their end. The case was finished in July of 2024. A special thanks to my team for all their hard work.
