We had water damage at our property that damaged most of our kitchen and kids bedroom. Called Restoration Heroes and they responded within the hour, Edgar was kind and easy to talk to. His manager Mike got me the estimate quickly and we were able to move forever with a seamless insurance process. Highly recommend giving them a call if needed.
Mold restoration in process. Super happy so far! Edgar Sanchez is super helpful every time I call. They are responsive, communicative, and all the vendors are too. Gil emails daily updates. Holding the 5th star back until work is complete and we're back home.
Highly recommend Restoration Heroes as a mitigation company! I had water damage in my shower. Called Restoration Heroes and they were able to come that same night. Edgar came and took pictures and also opened the insurance claim together with me. He made me feel everything will be ok. He took care of all communication with insurance side and always there whenever i had questions, and i had lots of questions. Five stars for Edgar and for Restoration Heroes!
