I have worked with Emilio from ProTec Plumbing for a while now. He has always been so great to work with. Not only is he knowledgeable and polite, but the entire plumbing department in San Diego is always ready to help. I have not yet had an experience where Karla, Karina, or Yesenia didn't immediately respond to me. Recently our booster pump went down and hot water was not available to half the building. Emilio and his team ordered a new part the same day that the issue arose, and less than 48 hours later it was entirely fixed. ProTec is worth it, I would highly recommend them to any manager or homeowner out there.

Juan from ProTec did a great job in replacing the railing on our balcony in one day. They removed the old one and, by the end of the day, the new one was in and perfectly painted. Great job.
