Simon at Pristine was fantastic! He was professional, friendly and took extra time to get me a discount on my installation. I very much appreciated the pictures he took before and after the project. I wish I could give him more stars!
I’ve had 4 plumbing companies come by for their “visual consultation” as I had low water pressure throughout the house. Each plumber that came by gave me a different solution which I respect since it can prove to be difficult without a full diagnosis. Pristine sends me Angel Ruiz, who did me a SOLID and easily stood out from the rest. He went above and beyond to explain things to me. Come to find out my pressure regulator was set to a low pressure setting by my previous plumber and a simple tweak fixed the issue, no charge.
