Kevin Wong represented the Landlord in a home that we rented. We believe he acted in an unethical manner during such representation. Right before the lease termination, he led us to believe that we had an agreement to extend the term of the Lease and decided to pull the offer at the last minute. Then, knowing it would be a challenge for us to find a place and move our family prior to Lease termination, he tried to exploit the situation by raising our rent for the post-termination period by 67%. Great communication and attention to detail as a property management company. Does an excellent job of relating to you what his thoughts are each issue and takes the time to make sure you understand the positives and negatives of each decision. Will continue to work with PMI OC in the future.
