After my first time speaking with kevin wong, it's clear he has a very inflated sense of self. I feel extremely bad for anyone who has worked with or is considering working with him. His lack of empathy for people and rather focus on money over people is disheartening. Unfortunately, this makes for a very unpleasant experience. Good luck to anyone doing work with him. We have decided to not get a home with him due to his unpleasantness.
This is by far the worst landlord I have ever had in my entire life. My lease just ended March 31, 2024 I turned in the keys on a date that he said we needed to be out. I took a video of the whole house I even got estimates on how much it would be to cost for the repairs and cleaning it came out to no more than $2500. Kevin Wong is now saying I owe him over $7000 in repairs and I don't know what else he has been adding up these last couple days. It feels like he's adding up more. He is now not responding to any of my emails but he still has my $5000 deposit which if that is the case and I owe him d amount of money I don't understand why he told me to give him an address in which the deposit would be refunded to. He has made matters extremely difficult and I highly suggest anyone working with Kevin Wong or PMI property to completely ignore there services and go else where. 801 s Anaheim Blvd unit 110 in Anaheim Ca was extremely ghetto and Kevin, not once let us know that there are a bunch of gang related people around that home when we ask them how safe it was. I got my car broken into three times and felt extremely scared living there for the last year. If you come across this property I highly don't recommend it.
Kevin Wong represented the Landlord in a home that we rented. We believe he acted in an unethical manner during such representation. Right before the lease termination, he led us to believe that we had an agreement to extend the term of the Lease and decided to pull the offer at the last minute. Then, knowing it would be a challenge for us to find a place and move our family prior to Lease termination, he tried to exploit the situation by raising our rent for the post-termination period by 67%. When we would not agree to that, he threatened to sue us if we didn't move out on time. After we moved out, he came up with over $20k in what he said were damages to the house...read full review
