Irvine“After extensive research for a professional team to provide advanced training for ADA service dog certification, we confidently selected Good Dog OC and Adam’s team. There are many online resources which can be retained for training and subsequent certification. Each group has its opinions and protocol on best practices to accomplish what's necessary. In our case, we have a senior family member who has a lifetime disease requiring the trained compassionate skills of a service dog.Upon our review and contacting five businesses who specialize in training, we began the process of selecting the group we believe would be the best team.We met with two of the five resources before our meeting with Adam from Good Dog OC. The other sources we phoned and discussed their preferred processes.Suffice it to say, our phone conversation and meeting with Adam resulted in selecting Good Dog OC for counseling and instruction.Whether basic training, or more sophisticated steps are needed, i.e., service dog training, I am pleased to provide the highest recommendation to Adam and his team at Good Dog OC.Let’s call it what it is…we adore our four-legged family member. He’s as much a part of our family as love allows. Most importantly, we need the serious help for the disabled senior member of our family to be accompanied by a trained service animal.Adam’s expertise is undeniable. His compassion, knowledge, and concern about details makes him and his team the true “go to” group for any dog training. There are no surprises as far as costs. Adam and the team are paid by their performance. Tangible results matter! Good Dog OC is the winning group!Adam is transparent and more than honorable when discussing costs. It’s very refreshing during inflationary times to have the respect of professionals such as Adam.My genuine appreciation to you Adam, and your team for exceeding expectations and bringing the important “comfort” in our lives!Adam, you are a five-star champion in your training approach and process.Stay the course and keep blessing families with your work.“

She not only took excellent care of Parker but also went above and beyond by sending regular photos and videos, so we knew he was in great hands. Her genuine concern for Parker’s well-being was evident, and she even offered helpful suggestions to improve his care. Unfortunately, we've recently moved out of the area, so we’re no longer able to use her services, but we highly recommend Sylvia to anyone looking for a reliable and caring cat sitter!“

8645 Research Dr, Irvine“Came here for a vet appointment for my dog, and she was so nervous that she ended up pooping all over me and on the floor! The staff were so nice and understanding, helping me out immediately. They gave her a free bath afterwards, and I returned the next morning for a grooming session, too.
The vet was incredibly professional, not pushing any services or treatments on me (which unfortunately I have had happen too often with some other vets). I felt comfortable the whole time.“
“I've been going to this clinic for a year with my senior kitties.
General info:
Appointment costs are reasonable if not a bit cheaper than surrounding clinics, which is great.
The clinic is busy, but they're always able to get you in for a sudden appointment if necessary, which I'm grateful for at times when my pets had concerning health issues arise. They always try to accommodate you. There are many vets at the clinic (I've met with at least 4-5), so you'll likely visit different vets each time unless your pet has a health issue, which means you'll see the same vet until it's resolved.
Everyone is friendly and lovely and you don't feel rushed when you have an appointment. *Note: We are the voice for our pets health, so still, make sure you ask all the questions and do whatever you need for your pet, including following up on results for tests, etc.
Because all these vets come from different backgrounds, at this clinic, I've experienced different consultations: vets with firm beliefs and who make immediate diagnoses and vets who advocate doing your own research (which i appreciate) and who consider any and all options before confirming anything. My experiences with most of the vets have been pleasant, but these differences naturally have us inclined toward favoring some vets at the practice more than others.
Personal story:
First, it was an annual exam, then it was my calico's unfortunate diagnosis of chronic kidney disease. Later, my tuxedo kitty was suffering from her mouth and because they didn't have any immediate dental care openings, they insisted upon her being checked by a dental specialist at a specialist clinic and we found she had terminal cancer. I'm grateful they did not make us wait. Her loss hurts us still to this day, but this clinic was very sweet in sending a card with their condolences.
Dr. E:
My calico got pancreatitis soon after that ordeal and she was seen by Dr. E, who is kind, very informative, and dare I say, our favorite vet at the practice. My calico was sent to an internal medicine doctor for specialist care, but despite this and some continued struggles, Dr. E was always thinking of ways to help when we needed it and always patiently answering and clarifying our many, many questions. Since working with Dr. E on maintainance care, our calico has gained weight and is doing very well, even when her chronic kidney disease has slightly progressed. What really helped her get out of lasting pancreatitis symptoms by the end was B12 injections Dr. E prescribed. Due to our many positive experiences with her, we continue to ask for Dr. E and highly recommend her.
In conclusion:
We've gone to this clinic so many times in the course of a year, and every time, the receptionists, vet techs, and vets have been wonderful to our cats and the prices of anything and everything have been fairly decent (highly recommend pet insurance with senior pets though). I would recommend this place for your pet's medical care, especially with Dr. E. and Dr. Roberts.
