This review is for Kim R. in the scheduling department. She is by far one of the nicest, most understanding people I have ever spoken with in this department. I needed to change my appointment last minute, and she was able to accommodate my request. She went above and beyond to make sure I was seen in a timely manner, and I didn't have a lapse in care. Her patience and soft spoken demeanor was really appreciated. People in pain management are dealing with a lot of issues, and it's refreshing to speak with someone who really cares. I hope they let her know what a wonderful job she is doing, and that she is appreciated. Thank you Kim R., never lose your awesomeness.
I have been a patient here for over 11 years and Dr. Shahbazian is a wonderful doctor. I had an issue with a medication over the weekend and I called Monday and needed help. I spoke with Elisa and she was truly amazing and her kindness speaks volumes. She went above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much for your help when you didn't have to.
Appreciated Dr Mousavi’s approach and concern. I was involved in a horrific accident with a large tractor trailer and sustained some significant muscle and skeletal painful injuries. His diagnosis and giving me the right medicine to relieve the pain was very helpful. His referral to my neurologist was also much appreciated.
