Took my mom to Our Secret Place Med Spa in Irvine for her first Fotona4D® laser treatment.
Here’s our experience: We focused on her eye area and forehead. She was nervous at first, but the RN made her feel so comfortable throughout. Minimal discomfort, no downtime, and she left feeling more confident and refreshed. The RN applied SPF and moisturizer right after and gave her simple aftercare tips. Subtle results, natural lift, and we’re already planning session two. At least 3 sessions is recommended for optimal results!

I got a hydrafacial at Our Secret Place and it was amazing! They really worked on my skin, and I could feel the glow right after. Totally worth the price — I’ll definitely be back

I’ll be honest—I never thought I’d be the kind of guy writing a glowing review for a med spa. My wife basically dragged me here for a facial and Botox, and I was super reluctant. I didn’t think this kind of thing was for me. But wow… I was so wrong.
From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel completely at ease. They were professional, knowledgeable, and—most importantly—never made me feel out of place for being a first-timer.
