I'm giving it four stars because my doctor is incredible. Her name is Dr. Krishna and I've been on thyroid meds for 30 years. Sometimes it get messed up and she fixed it up immediately. My problem is the front office. It was just me and another man in there at the time, a black girl called me over and said I'll check you in. she proceeded to tell me my insurance card was no longer valid for their office. I said since when? I was just here three months ago, I'm coming back for a repeat visit. no one told me. her reply. "I'm telling you now"in a very nasty tone, your front office makes the first impression have people that actually know what they're doing by the way they did take my insurance. She never apologized.

I recently discovered Irvine Odyssey Medical Center and was impressed by the caliber of doctors practicing there. In particular, I found one internist who is undoubtedly one of the best in Southern California. What makes this doctor stand out is his exceptional bedside manner. He take the time to listen to his patients, understand their concerns, and provide personalized treatment plans. It felt like we were more in a partnership of "getting better" together. There was respect there on both sides. I haven't met a doctor like this in a long time and it was refreshing to be treated with dignity, almost like I was speaking with a peer...instead of just patient with an ID# and a DOB. The front office staff was also very considerate, very nice and very accommodating. They made me feel very comfortable in their office as soon as I walked in the door. I was impressed by the state-of-the-art facilities at Irvine Odyssey Medical Center, which provide doctors with the latest medical technologies to support their practice. The center's collaborative work environment encourages its physicians to work together to achieve the best possible outcomes for their patients, which further enhances the quality of care provided. Overall, my experience at Irvine Odyssey Medical Center has been exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-quality medical care in Southern California. I appreciate the promptness at this office. I never have to wait a long time for an appointment or over the phone. They are friendly and the office is clean. Dr. Yacoob is the first doctor I've had ever that I feel like actually cares. Thank you.
