Sylvia takes care of other people's pets as if they were her own and her ability to connect with animals is amazing! Having a pet sitter with a medical background as a registered nurse is SO valuable. When walking a dog that got stung by a bee when it tried to eat it, she knew how to treat that without going to the vet (preventing $$$ in fees).
