Juliana with the help desk was awesome in supporting my co worker and me with our email issues. Things were completed in a timely and efficient manner. She was extremely helpful with the issues we couldn't resolve.
Always on the ball with a consistently quick response time! I'm equally impressed at what Cal Net can do remotely, especially with minimal initial information provided to them per service ticket. I have total confidence in their abilities!
