Alejandra (Alex) is the best! I have honestly never had a better masseuse, though some others (Grace and Josh) at the same location in Woodbury have come close. Most importantly, she helped me through a rough time, when my body, mind and muscles needed some tender loving care. Thanks to her, I found myself able to move easier and be more intentional in my thoughts and actions.
Grace was great, she is very good at focusing on the troubled areas we talked about at the beginning of the session. Today it was my shoulders and neck, at the end of the session My range of motion was improved and the soreness and pain was gone.
