The past two months they have not opened on time at all. It might seem like 5 minutes late isn't a big deal but when I'm usually at work 3 minutes before my first meeting, I'm now late. Standard business practice is the opener arrives 10-15 minutes before open to get ready. Instead the opener arrives late, sits in their car a couple minutes and saunters up to the gym to open the door. Even when they've arrived at open by the time they get everything set up they're late. Otherwise I love this gym even though the bathrooms need a deep deep scrubbing. They've gone days with stains on the walls/Ronald before being cleaned and the floors should be whiter...the same club down the road has the same floors and that shows me how dirty these truly are.
This gym is nice but honestly, the only person who doesn't make me feel uncomfortable to go to the gym is Edgar. Everyone else - all the other men in the sales group makes me feel so suffocated with their marketing. They held my friend's drivers licenses hostage even though the VIP guest pass was activated and they already had QR codes saved to their phones. They've kept us for 30 minutes even though we promised to come back aftet the work out The women's bathrooms are musty - like REALLY MUSTY. No fans, no ventilation. I've complained multiple times but no one seems to care. It smells so bad. The feeling of dread from walking into the bathroom is the same feeling I get whenever anyone, except Edgar, from marketing tries to pull me over. Edgar doesn't try to market random deals to me and my friends - he just gives us updates and lets us go on our merry way. Anyways, my friends and I like working out here but the bathrooms make us so sad wtf. I pay a lot of money to come here and the showers are gross and the lack of ventilation from the bathroom shocks me every day I come back.
Visiting from out of town. John and Edgar were great and helped get me set up on a guest pass for 2 weeks while I'm in town. Super easy process and got to start working out on day 1 of my stay. Great service.
