My phone randomly shut off and wouldn’t turn back on, so I brought it in. Jason checked it out right away and figured out the issue in about 20 minutes. He didn’t even charge me for the diagnosis, which I really appreciated since some places charge over $100 just to look at it.

He explained what was going on, gave me a quote before doing anything, and only started the repair after I said yes. He ended up fixing it the same day, which was a huge help because I really needed my phone.

Great local repair shop, fair price, and super trustworthy. Definitely recommend.

very professional and friendly！my iPhone screen suddenly does not work, I even cannot power off it. Under Jason's instruction online, I fixed it and he said for free, no need Zelle him to pay for this great help! Really great store and great worker!
