“Tech John from A-1 Air Conditioning & Heating arrived early in the am (which I was happy about) to check out my A/C unit. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He checked inside the house first, and I had to open the bedroom door and out came my dogs. I had put them in the bedroom so they would not be in John's way. It turned out John is some kind of a dog whisperer as both dogs were very taken with him. Really appreciated that John was ok with the dogs out of the bedroom.Tech did a thorough job. I signed up for the Legacy membership plan to get twice yearly checks. It is not expensive and definitely worth knowing the condition of your unit. “Very professional and friendly. Diamond Air services takes their job seriously. From putting down floor protectors to wearing shoe covers. They were priced competitively, kind, and do quality work. They installed a mini-split, hiding all lines, and gave us a fair price. They communicated with us throughout the process and even reviewed how to use the AC after they were finished. To top it off, they put a "Cookie Monster" sticker on the unit since my wife's nickname is the CookieMonster. A great representation of their customer service and attention to detail. “Had a weird smell in our guest bath and gave sky blue a call. George came and checked, found there was a leak until the tiles from a faulty toilet wax ring. They started work the next day. The entire bathroom had to be gutted, dried and fixed. Sky Blue got everything done in 1.5 weeks - which was amazing considering it takes 3 days to dry and it was Labor Day weekend. Everything was dried and remediated to ensure no mold and then they rebuilt the bathroom - from dry wall to paint to tiles and toilet and vanity installed. While I hadn’t planned to redo the bathroom ?, sky blue did an amazing job and now it’s a gorgeous show piece for the house. They worked quickly, priced fairly and communication was transparent and clear.

After the fact, I thought about trying to file a claim with my home insurance and they helped with that as well. Cannot recommend these guys enough!“
