I have been referred to this office but was hung up on and sent to VM that was full after being asked what insurance I have. I have called 4 times in the last 2 days.This is awful to feel hopeless based on having no control whatsoever to have them schedule me or even accept my call. This is awful I am a nurse unable to lift patients currently seeking treatment for my back deformities and bone spurs. I do hope that I am able to be treated with some basic medical care here as this was where my insurance selected me to go to. I will update my review should I have any luck getting care here.

Dr. Letts Is the best! He has incredible bedside manner, extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel so welcome. I came in for a sore neck and lower back and immediately my pain subsided. I used the Groupon that was available but will definitely be coming in the future for more visits. The office staff was so welcoming and always had a smile on their face. The massage therapist, Sylvia is insanely good. Hands-down the best massage I've ever had in my life. I would highly recommend coming here and giving it a try.

This is not a review of the company's services. I've never used them, and I plan to avoid them at all costs. Why? Because they won't stop calling me. They've called me at least five times in the past week. Each time I tell them I'm not interested and please don't call me. They never listen and keep calling. I have no idea how good they are at managing physical pain, but their marketing ethics are reprehensible. If they won't listen to me when I tell them I'm not interested, what are the odds they'll listen to me when I have a serious problem?
