The cleaning crew was supposed to arrive at 9am but claimed scheduling issues and didn’t arrive until 11:30am with little communication as to the delays. We rescheduled for 2pm that same day and they were again late showing up at 2:20pm. It was a crew of 2 people but halfway through cleaning one person left and instead of cleaning our house in the quoted 2 hours, the crew of now one person took nearly four hours. It was an unprofessional experience, but the cleaning was satisfactory.Service: Deep clean
This review is for a cleaning I had done in a move out last year. I forgot to write a review but I was very unhappy with the service I received. I booked a move out clean and was not notified of how I would be charged for payment so I assumed we'd take care of it once it was done. Initially they seemed accommodating as I let them know that I wouldn't be available at the time of cleaning and that the home would be unlocked so they could enter.However, after the cleaning was done I went to inspect and I found a broken shelf in my refrigerator which was not broken before. I also noted subpar cleaning, for example there was still dust on surfaces that came off on my finger. I received an invoice for the service and when I called them, I described that there was a broken shelf that I believed was due to the cleaning service. I spoke calmly and yet the immediate response from the man I spoke with was to aggressively tell me that it wasn't their responsibility and he blamed my "tenants" for breaking it. He incorrectly assumed I had tenants as I was the one who lived in the condo. I did it have tenants.He then also aggressively told me that it was their policy for me to be present at the cleaning so it was my fault for not being there and that I had told them I'd be there. They actually agreed to me not being there through text and if it was their policy, then they went against it and didn't notify me that I had to be there.He also yelled at me for not already paying on the day of service, claiming that when he spoke to me previously, I had said I'd leave a check there for payment. I never said such a thing and I distinctly remember that they never reviewed method of payment with me during booking. I also don't even own a checkbook and don't make payments by check unless specifically instructed because I'd need to get one from the bank.After back and forth of him being aggressive and me explaining my side, I was fed up with his attitude as I was trying to be reasonable. I just told him I'd pay the full invoice just to end the conversation and I didn't care about the shelf anymore. I also added on that I wasn't going to bring it up initially but the cleaning service was not good and even my tenant that moved in complained that the place was still dirty. He then told me he'd call me back again for payment and hung up.He called back later and left a message that they would take a $25 discount from my invoice. Only for that, I give 2 star instead of 1.However I do not recommend this service as they didn't even clean up to standard and because of the attitude of the man I spoke with. Not sure if he's an owner or what but I work in customer service and I'm never hostile towards customers, putting false words in the customer's mouth, and overall being rude. If he had just calmly reasoned with me that there was no proof on either of our sides because we didn't take pictures of before, I would've just said ok and paid the full invoice.
I asked Green Girl Maid Service for a deep clean. Kris and Jen got the job done. They dusted and cleaned layers of dust off the shelves and removed the stains on the stovetop. They made my bathrooms look pristine.Service: Deep clean
