After getting several quotes on repair work after someone backed into the rear portion of my car while I was parked in a lot, I decided to go with Fix Auto Irvine. Jacky, who is their customer-service person, was amazing to work with and is very cognizant of what "customer service" really means (unusual these days)--communication, efficiency, and helpfulness. Christian gave me the quote on repairs and then followed through with me during the process. My car was ready several days before its anticipated completion, and the work was done perfectly (with their lifetime guaranty).

Excellent experience from start to finish. I had a great experience with Fix Auto Irvine. Juan the estimator was very friendly and he had excellent communication with us the whole time. The repair shop completed the work promptly and my car was cleaned inside and out after the repairs were completed. It was like my car was just detailed. Great overall experience. I wouldn't have asked them to do anything more to make it a better experience.
