Wow, talk about customer service and responsiveness to a crises. My client’s much loved dog had a terrible diarrhea accident on their master bath area rug and carpet in the bedroom. Plus the much loved dog was smart enough to take refuge in the shower which he used as his personal potty. David and assistant cleaned and sanitized the shower and the carpets so the client was not overwhelmed by the smell plus were able to sleep in their bedroom, use their shower and walk on clean carpet. How do you thank someone for putting a disaster in the making back together again.
