I cannot recommend this place enough! I came in with a spur on my femur and my work with Thomas was a game changer! I will say - you have to trust the process and do your homework, but it works and it's worth it. Thomas was kind, listened, pushed me but was cautious, and continued to encourage me to push myself. They don't pressure you into more than you need, easy to book appointments, made it super easy with my insurance - they're great. It wasn't packed most of the times I went (there's a gym attached) - and even when it was busier we easily worked through our exercises and everyone was super supportive.

I was very impressed with Darren and how he conducts his business. He took me through a great workout, gave me several practical & useful nutrition tips, took the time to answer my questions and was able to not only customize a training program to match my specific goals but even explained why his recommendations were a good fit for me. His prices are very reasonable and he doesn't do any kind of hard selling because he doesn't need to. He lets his work speak for itself. He really knows his stuff. He is a great resource for someone who wants to not only get fit but learn the basics of maintained fitness on a modest budget. My kind of guy.

I've been working out with Darren since 2011. I just recently came back to him after being gone for an extended period of time. In just a couple of months, I'm already seeing the fat melt off and the muscle build up. Darren is a great trainer who will motivate you, coach you, and educate you on exactly what is needed to achieve your goals. If you're serious and focused about getting in shape, then he'll invest in you, just like you're investing in yourself.
