Diamond Air Services - Heating and Air Conditioning

Very professional and friendly. Diamond Air services takes their job seriously. From putting down floor protectors to wearing shoe covers. They were priced competitively, kind, and do quality work. They installed a mini-split, hiding all lines, and gave us a fair price. They communicated with us throughout the process and even reviewed how to use the AC after they were finished. To top it off, they put a "Cookie Monster" sticker on the unit since my wife's nickname is the CookieMonster. A great representation of their customer service and attention to detail. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Carl and Dylan provided a great personalized service. They worked consistently until the job was complete, shared what they were doing (which made me a more comfortable and well-informed customer), and left our home as clean as it was when they arrived. I would refer those two to others. I hope management understands their value to the company. The comparative cost of other companies and the service received made this a great 'find' (via Google).

Diamond Air responded quickly to my request. Our heater went out and sent them a message. They called me within 5 minutes and had outstanding customer service and answered all my questions and concerns. They sent out a technician same day and fixed the problem and got my heater back working within 1 hour. Thank you for the quick turn around and helping me and my family in time of need. Truly appreciate the professionalism and service. Recommend to all my friends and family!
