I had worked with another "designer" who paid little attention to what I do. It was obvious when the "job" was completed that I did not have the confidence to direct people to my website. I began working with Parath and the Design Coalescence team and it was refreshing that they took the time to ask questions and more of a deep dive into my business. When the job was completed, I immediately began a campaign where I proactively directed people to my website because I had the confidence to know that what they will see best represented my business. I started my business in early 2023. With many projects/tasks in front of me, I did not take the creation of a website as seriously as I should have. It was quick while I focused my attention on projects I felt, at the time, were more critical to growth. I could not have been more wrong. I was not seeing the traffic I needed to see in order to coordinate the calls to introduce my services. I was talking with a friend of mine who referred me to Design Coalescence. What I found very refreshing was that they did not just throw a website together. They took the time to understand my business and built it accordingly. It was night and day. What it actually did for me is give me confidence of using my website to initiate interest and then using my voice and experience to close the deal. I would suggest to anyone starting their business or looking to grow their business; take a look at the message you are sending to the opportunities at large; then consider the source for delivering that message. Design Coalescence was a business lifesaver to me and now excited about the future.

Design Coalescence did a fantastic job of completely redesigning our website. They were very knowledgeable and wee a pleasure to work with. We will continue to use them for our website and social media work.
