Carbon Health is great. Was feeling awful over Memorial weekend on a Sunday. Called Carbon Health Urgent care-Irvine and they arranged a video visit within half an hour. The staff is so friendly and Dr. Kelsey Chan & staff were great. Got my scripts right away. Thank you Carbon for caring, professional service!
Really quick and easy to get in. I went online and made an appointment for urgent care within the hour and entered all my information ahead of time. It made for a smoother check in process. The front desk person was friendly and the PA saw me within 10 minutes. They have a machine that can look at your eye even though there is no ophthalmologist on site. It's good for the initial look.
The providers and staff at Carbon Health are the tops! They are faster and more streamlined than my primary care doctor, so I come to Carbon Health first! Super fast, ultra professional, very thorough, and highly respectful. I can't recommend Carbon Health Urgent Care enough!
