This is a beautiful women owned yoga studio. I've been a member almost since they opened about 10 years ago. This has been my second home and a sanctuary for difficult times. I came here to learn how to calm my mind and stretch my muscles, but I have learned so much more. The new space is beautiful and offers a great sitting area to sit and chat with yogi friends. I've taken advantage of all the classes they offer: flow, gentle, aromatherapy, kundalini and the roll and restore. They are all wonderful. Instructors are knowledgeable, supportive, and frequently offer adjustments or modifications for your practice. I have made many friends and genuinely feel like I have community. I've tried yoga at other studios, but I really enjoy the blend of philosophy, meditation, chanting, and strength building here. I'm so grateful for the studio!

A great space and community! I've been going to this studio since they first opened. The owners Katie and Allison have kept the authenticity, quality of programs, instructors and quality of classes consistent over the years. Finding a supportive yoga community in Irvine is so rare! Grateful to BTC for providing this. Highly recommend trying out a class or workshop.

Really enjoyed kundalini yoga here. Great teacher and class format. I'm looking forward to returning for the aromatherapy yoga class. I love that they have a little tea room in front. You can catch up with a girlfriend over tea after class!
