I went to see Phil at Apex PT when i was having major back trouble. I have a history of back pain stemming from an accident when I was 18 years old. I always had recurring pain between that time, and my late 20s. I was having another episode of pain, when I found Apex. Phil was not like the other physical therapists and doctors I had gone to. Instead of just addressing the pain, he explained that my issue was that over the years I had stopped moving normally to protect myself from re-injury. His treatment was focused on decreasing my pain, but also increasing my range of motion and my comfort doing daily activities. Fast forward, and I am finally healed.
