“I have been going to Spoiled Rotten’s Melanie for 10 years for my nails and Shelly for my hair as long as she has been there. These 2 women are the most qualified and can do the most with my nails and hair. They both are a joy to talk with and I always end up laughing at least a few times before I leave. Also, they are the most professional nail technician and hair dresser that I have been too. I always leave with hair and nails looking exactly how I want them to look.“
