First-time customer. My overall experience was awesome. Toy was professional, timely and extremely knowledgeable on hair care. I've worn my hair natural for many years. She addressed my hair concerns and educated me on what could be causing my issues. I wasn't sure what I wanted done after speaking to Toy in detail, I decided on a wash/condition,cellophane flat-iron, trim. Needless to say, my hair turned out absolutely beautiful! Toy is a breath of fresh air! Her customer service and sweet demeanor were an absolute plus. Not to mention, I was in and out within 2 hours. Thanks again for wonderdul salon experience! I will see you again real soon.
