The Point H Corp is a fraudulent company. I have been systematically and strategically duped to the tune of $19,000. There are many ethical companies out there; do your homework and save your hard-earned money from these scamsters Arsin Ghazanchian introduced me to David Bakus as the owner/partner of The Point H. They drafted a contract for roof and solar and borrowed loans in the guise of emergencies. They came begging with folded arms, saying they were in need of urgent funds for a medical emergency, construction tools stolen, finishing a pending commercial project, and purchasing material for my project, which was on sale. I lent them out of human kindness and since they mentioned we have a project to back it up. They proposed to return the money upon completion of their projects or upon completion of my roofing project. They then started peeling the onion of excuses of various difficulties happening in their life, and they kept pushing the can down the road. Finally, they canceled the contract and pulled the carpet out from under me I reached out to the owners seeking help after following up with David and Arsin for 9 months, Jerome and Joachim mentioned that Joachim is the sole owner. Jerome, who came across compassionately initially and vowed to resolve my case, changed his stance overnight. David Bakus brainwashed Jerome and told him that he would take care of it. They have conveniently drafted a contract using The Point H Corp license behind their back, took additional loans under the guise of emergency and finally conned the customer. Instead of taking care of the customer and penalizing these guys, the owners Jerome and Joachim chose to support them. It's my wife's hard-earned money, and we curse all of them from the bottom of our heart. They have exhibited a lack of intellectual maturity, low intellectual dishonesty to say the least. They all will witness their downfall. The owners mentioned that they don't even know Arsin Ghazanchian or ever met him. They were not even aware of the contract David drafted with me. Arsin and David are supposedly bringing the owners business and they are not aware of it. This clearly shows the malicious intent of this couple Arsin and David David Bakus and Arsin Ghazanchian have known each other for over 20 years and hail from Iran. Both belong to the same Assyrian community. David has been covering Arsin for the entire 9 months that I have been interacting with him to reclaim the money or complete the project. Shame on the woman who gave birth to them and shame on their upbringing. They have conned my wife's hard-earned money, who is much younger than them, to the tune of $19,000 using someone else's license, and not one of them carries any sort of remorse for conning someone who helped them when they were in need and came begging for money. Not one reciprocated with any sort of ethical maturity. Arsin is around 45 years old, David is around 60 years old, Jerome is around 75 years old, and Joshua is around 35 years old, and they are feeding off of a woman's hard-earned money who is much, much younger than them. Shame on their entire life Meanwhile, don't waste your time and your hard-earned money. Coming from a tech background, I was totally ignorant about all the legalities, and they strategically misused the loopholes. They refunded $1,000 in two parts (one 1 1/2 months before contract cancellation and one 6 months after via Zelle transfer) and conflated it with the deposit amount and categorized the amount loaned as a side hustle. The deposit was paid to the company, and the company never wrote a check back

These guys did a great job in my house. I was looking for contractors to te-do my kitchen and they gave me the lowest price among many quotations. They completed the job fast and the quality was good. They pay attention to our requests. The Manager Jerry is an accesible guy, always taking in consideration out ideas and explaining the construction plan and development. We are very satisfied with the job they did
