This is a long-overdue review. Superior 1 re-piped the hot water system of our 7 unit building. This was a big project for us and we had a lot of concerns. Albert hosted a video meeting for our HOA and answered all of our questions about the project. The project, in addition to the plumbing work, also required extensive drywall work. We were very concerned about this but the end result was that his drywall crew left us with perfectly smooth, ready-to-paint walls. This entire project was done under pandemic restrictions. Albert picked up the phone every time we called, and 2 years later still picks up the phone to answer plumbing questions completely unrelated to this project. Everything was completed on schedule and in a professional manner. I recommend Superior 1.

I hired superior 1 plumbing to do a repipe of a triplex for me last year in 2021. They did an excellent job. They have crews that install new pipes and a crew that patches the holes in walls. Definitely the best value out on the market. It's been a year and I've had no issues. I met with several plumbers and they definitely have the best pricing and quality work. I just met with Alberto today and hired superior 1 for another repipe job. If you're looking for excellent work and value hire superior 1. At first I was hesitant because of reviews on rudeness but people are soft these days and get offended easily. In my experience they were respectful. The cost included permits. City inspector came out to look at work and signed it off with our any issues.
