“Got a student groom Tidy Trim service done on Keanu, a wooly pomsky. They did such a great job and when they found mats on his chest that couldn’t be brushed out they called and asked permission to cut them out which I gave. I had been contemplating doing that myself but with a newborn at home it’s been hard to maintain Keanu’s wooly coat on my own. The student grooming sessions are half off, which made it an amazing deal. You can tip on the service even via card payment. Entrance is in back, and they also have a few designated customer parking spots in the lot out back.

“Although I live in North Hollywood, I’ve been to Tailwaggers in Larchmont Village a number of times and it is BY FAR The best store I’ve ever been to for my kitties needs. Beautiful clean well kept well presented and their inventory is phenomenal. Very good customer service where I can call in my order and expect it ready once I get there. “Just moved to the area and was looking for an affordable, but good groomer near us Because we have three Shih Tzu’s and grooming them can get very expensive. I’m so glad I found this spot! Not only is the price great, but they do a very good job and they do it quickly. One of our babies is very timid and is usually a little traumatized going to even a normal groomer who does a decent job. But even she was happy after her grooming session here! That’s actually super incredible because again even good groomers, She’s usually not happy about. I highly recommend! Love this place“

The staff is beyond fantastic - all so caring and compassionate and clearly so passionate about dogs. I was nervous trying a new daycare and overnight facility for my dog, but they made me feel SO comfortable when I dropped her off and they were so great with her. I got great updates every day via emailed photos, and could tell my girl was totally chill there. When I picked her up, it was so clear that they had really paid attention to her all week and given her the love that I hoped they would.
