For the last 29 years I have had the privilege of being served by Dr. Strawn and his wonderful team of dental professionals. Even though going to the dentist is never "fun", I have come to realize that I always have a good feeling when I leave the office. In this season where excellent customer service is so rare, I am so grateful that I receive great service from my dentist and his team. It starts when I arrive. I receive a warm smile and greeting from Julia when I sign in. When my name is called from the waiting room oftentimes I see JT and Casey near the front. We always exchange pleasantries. They are also warm and kind. When I get into the patient room where Dr. Strawn does his magic Isabel or Yesenia comes in and prepares everything. Both of them have a way of easing my stress and making me feel comfortable. Isabel even lets me practice my Spanish with her. When Dr. Strawn enters the room I am reminded of why I really like him. He has an ease about him that is refreshingly calming. He always inquires about my well being and the well being of my family. He makes me feel cared about. I get the sense that he knows that he knows he won't win the "who has the fanciest high tech office prize" but he will certainly win the prize for "who is the best dentist in terms of customer care and dentistry expertise." .
