First time coming to this clinic and I was excited to support a local establishment. However the wait time was over an hour even with appointment. They make you sign a form about being mindful of peoples time and charging if late etc. yet they are not mindful of their customers time. Save yourself the time and don't come here.
This place sucks!!! Second time I have come and they make so many mistakes and not ready for me with my appointment confirmed.. why you keep doing this to people that needs medical care!!!! You need to be closed for Ever!!!! I had someone’s else paper work for blood work and wasted a whole hour waiting to be seen and I was not the person on the paper.. and came paid a babysitter to watch my babies so I could be at my appointment and they didn’t have a technician for my ultrasound.. and Not even an apology!! You should be ashamed to have this type of service for your patients!!!
This doctor office does not stand in business at all everything about it is a F. Took my daughter here for an appointment walked in and the big lady at the front desk is eating a full meal from chile Verde so disgusting!! She couldn’t even greet us cause she to busy eating I then spoke and mention to her my daughter is a new patient and did she need insurance card and ID she told us to have seat and she would call us back up 1. Need insurance card (have seat) 2. Can u fill out these papers for me (have a seat) 3. By chance do u have a school ID (have a seat) dang when she could have took insurance card gave the papers at the same time just lazy.. Then finally...read full review
