Ok see, God is with me and I am so glad for decrement. This beauty supply I must say is fairly large with reasonable updated material. I like the mixed blend wig section. The selection is a lot better than other supplies I have been in. The styles on the wigs are trendy. Buuuut! I came to purchase human hair for a ponytail and the fuckery begins.. I am not going to speak on the English barrier because it is what it is. Mel the owner, nice Asian man very polite but a trickster to the core!! That nigga wanted to switch out my hair from the pack so bad and down grade my hair purchase for the price I was purchasing. First I notice there was hair hanging from outside a pack marked at a different price, higher but you can tell it came out of the pack next to it lol.Looks the same but different price ya can't fool me! We all know you pulled that s*** out and made a different price!! So since I seen he was with the s*** I asked him to go to the back haha and bring out a 10" curly good quality humans hair, I think that was to much English so he called his employee and I told her! Boom this Hispanic chic was cool she came out with exactly what I wanted at the price I wanted! Talk about a deal. Oh no but the owner knew I came up and was pist lol.. I had already seen the high quality and the price in the pack. Done deal. If y'all aren't careful out here they will get ya.. work your magic because they don't care bout you.

Well, I can say the staff was helpful and polite if not as friendly as some have mentioned. I managed to exchange some smiles With the staff, so Aok by me. My review is based on human hair, nail polish, and mascara. Hair: for the geo area it does have the largest selection of hair in many colors, piano, mixed, NO HOMBRE just fyi as of this post. Seems like there's a shop I am missing tho. Hmm. ;) It was little hindrance that you couldn't just go walk up to the hair and look at the price or even see all the selection as it is hidden by many other objects. However, I suppose for the neigborhood they feel they don't want to let people too close to the products as they don't have security. I must say though if you know your color numbers, length, and texure/curl pattern. They likely have it. It's not a store just all about 1B. Which would have annoyed me more as I live North Torrance, I have to drive to... to get the best products or selection. The price is double what I pay online for awesome quality and customer service. If you're in a pinch and can afford to pay $40/45 for a $16/20 Bag of Dena Cali brand, then search is over! find your #30, 33, 27 mixed type, or piano colors. They do have a right to charge what they want and I feel I would too if I were them as they have the selection and the stock. I will review quality later. Hope this is helpful! Thanks to all!

Their variety of products is exceptional however their customer service is horrible. I hate coming here but the only alternative is ordering online and when u need a product ASAP that simply isn't an option. They never greet customers nor thank us for our patronage. Today I even heard a well dressed middle age woman tell one of the employees "I think u guys think I'm trying to steal but I'm just looking at the prices of the hair". Customers should never be made to feel like criminals. If you don't like the demographic of your customers simply move your business else where. You are in our neighborhood so treat each and every client that enters your doors with RESPECT!
