1800 flowers

This location's delivery and customer service is terrible. Today I received a gift. I was on the lookout for it "fortunately". The explicit instructions were to CALL ME. I was sitting at my front door and heard shuffling in the hallway. I opened the door and saw the flowers on the ground and a woman walking away. I asked WHY didn't she call me. She said there were no instructions. On the receipt it was written twice. Not only didn't she call, she never rang my bell. If I wasn't home they would've been stolen. Plus the flowers are wilted !! Pretty disappointing !!!!! I called the store and they said I need to call 1 800 Flowers. Doesn't make sense because the store is who puts it together and delivers it. The other review here is also bad for this specific location.
