They said it was a slow day and it can get pretty busy but I was in and out of there in about an hr. The gentleman who took my vials, said it can get up to a two hour wait though. So I got lucky!! The staff were all very friendly and had great bedside manner! The doctor himself was a little rushed but what doctors aren't now a days. He wasn't rude and did answer all my questions. So I'd say he was good enough. I'd definitely come back to this location and just hope it's not busy again like this last visit.

I went to Indio VIP and had an amazing experience from check in with Alan and Monique. the back office staff Citlaly and Tom were very attentive to my needs. Dr. Mardones was very caring and diagnosed my needs in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend Indio VIP.

I went for the first time yesterday after being sick for over five days. I called to ask about the wait time & they picked up the phone right away (no “pick a number auto answer). The wait time they told me was almost exactly what it ended up being. Dr Mardones was fantastic! He knew exactly what I had (almost immediately) & gave me everything I needed & within less than 24 hours after being sick for almost a full week I am already feeling so much better! Everyone was nice and friendly and if I ever have the need for an urgent care, I’m definitely going back to this place!
