In Nov. of 2024 my condo in Palm Springs was deeply impacted by a power surge caused by our local service provider. One of the items impacted was my HVAC, I didn't know where to start so I put a project request in on yelp and one of the vendors that reached out was Thomson AC. At first, I was a bit skeptical when I saw the 5 start ratings but they delivered! I was extremely impressed with the level of service and responsiveness. The previous owners of our home actually used the garage as a place to park their cars. I mean, really?! Kidding aside, when we moved in with the idea of turning it into a man cave one big necessity was a ductless mini split. Without one, the temperatures inside easily topped 100°. Ethan provided an inspection and an estimate quickly and with a lot of insight into the pros and cons of each manufacturer.
