Great company with excellent service reps. We have been a customer for many years. Mike has serviced our two units every six months or so. He takes the time to explain just what he's doing and the current condition of our equipment.

Professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. Our A/C was not cooling to the temp on the thermostat. I was referred by a friend to Simmons Air. They immediately sent someone out who was able to determine the issue and provided a little relief until the full crew could come out and fix full issue the next day. Everyone was wonderful including those you spoke with on the phone and the guys who completed the job. Often times we run into rude or unprofessional individuals with contractors and this team was exceptional all the way around. Prices were reasonable. I will keep them as my "go-to" moving forward.
