Black mold was found in my kitchen. I called Rapid Dry Cleaning and Restoration to do the remediation work. The technicians came out very quickly to seal off the area. Over the next several days they worked meticulously to remove all of the mold. They were very professional and kept me apprised of how the work was progressing. The project manager, Andre, was fantastic.
He told me to feel free to call him, day or night, whenever I had questions. I did, and he was very responsive. That meant a lot to me and was just another example of their professionalism. I am late in posting this, but Rapid Dry, Palm Desert, did a wonderful job of cleaning my very light colored carpet in March, 2024. They were prompt, worked hard, did everything I asked, and at the lowest rate I could find. And the results were fantastic. Thank you Rapid Dry. I will call again when my carpet needs another good cleaning.
Rapid Dry was quick to the rescue of our bathroom water damage and did an efficient job in restoring our bathroom better than ever! Josh and all of the subs were always there on the job as promised and it was completed in a timely way.
