Owner herself scammed me out of $70.00 asking me to use zelle because she knows there is no refunds. She delivered flowers to the wrong address and blamed me for her being lost in apt complex she asked gardener for address. They sent her she left flowers on the porch of the wrong recipient and she yelled at me when I asked her to correct it and go by to recover the flowers. She refused to take responsibility for her actions became defensive and argumentjve when I simply asked her to follow up on the flowers. She got crazy and did nothing to help. Took Zelle payment and as a business owner, she should not use this because if anything happens to the order, Zelle doesn't refund. This lady delivered to the wrong house and refused to acknowledge her mistake. Terrible customer service, would not communicate, became angry and refused to correct the issue.

Very disappointing experience, very expensive for what was delivered. Charged $100 beforehand, spoke with the owner multiple times, requested an arrangement with white flowers and a pop color. I asked for lilies, mums and hydrangeas. Received an arrangement with mainly roses, and carnations with a very large bow, not what I paid or asked for. Reached out to owner and she sent her apologies due to family matters. Very unprofessional.
