Danny did an assessment of my mother while she was still in skilled nursing (fractured shoulder), Mary kept track of my ever-changing scheduling needs, and Rosie and Mely provided my mother with wonderful care every morning for two hours for over three weeks. It was a huge help to me. As I was trying to get ready for work, they handled everything--helping her shower, dress, making her breakfast, preparing a lunch for her to keep until noon, loading dishwasher, laundry, etc. Many thanks to all the folks at Hope Care. Rosie has been his caregiver once a week for a couple months now, and in just a short amount of time his memory and function has improved drastically! “I can't thank this company enough! I was extremely stressed about what to do with my 99 year old Mother. She was declining in every way, and I did not know which way to turn, in home or assisted living. Anthony from Sheridan sat down with me and gave me wonderful guidance and direction. I can't tell you how helpful and kind he was. He calmed me down a lot. He also did NOT "push" their company on me -- which I think is the best way to "sell". He gave me lots of information. I did decide that if I went with in home helpers, his company would be the best. I did lots of checking around in the desert, and found only a few that would do 2 hour minimum times (versus 4) and no requirements for a minimum number of visits. As it turned out, my mother needed more help than in home, so I put her in an assisted living facility.“
