Only Appointments , No walk-in Don’t come here , I had a bad experience They are not professionals at all they don’t greet you back they’re so rude old lady and 2 big woman ignored me while waiting with my daughter to get her a haircuts and they never told me it was only by appointments , supposedly

Horrible!! HORRIBLE!!! Workers there are SOO RUDE!!! The girl who was cutting my sons hair was getting frustrated you could tell on her face super rude she expected for my 1 year old to stay still. Umm lady he's a babyy!!! DONT GO THERE!!!!!!!! Las trabajadoras tienen un carácter muy feoo!!!!! MUY ARMAGADAS!!! La que estaba cortando el pelo ami niño se miraba frustrada su cara su modo lo decia todo señoraa!! Es UN NIÑO DE 1 año!!!!! Ella esperaba que se quedara quito como un adulto! NO RECOMIENDO este salon HORRIBLE If it was for me i wouldn't give a star i just had to too post me review Si fuera por mi no le diera una estrella tuve que para dejar un comentario

I went in for a simple trim and I asked for curtían bangs. The lady who cut my hair only spoke Spanish and I wasn't sure if she'd understand me so just to make sure I showed her a picture of what I wanted. She trimmed my hair like I asked and said she was done. I then asked her if she could do my bangs, like we talked about, and she said she completely forgot about that part and she apologized. I thought we were back on the same page. I told her that (at the shortest point) I don't want it any shorter than just below my cheekbone. The shortest part was noticeably shorter and to top it off it wasn't a smooth transition. It looked choppy and uneven. It looks nothing like a curtain bang. I knew I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I still thanked her because she was nice and the damage was already done so complaining about it would get me nowhere. Although she was nice it was apparent she was paying no attention to what I asked for. I will not be returning.
