Dan Only HVAC just installed a 3 ton AC unit in our west facing attached three car garage at our home in La Quinta. The units were installed and the flashing over the lines was faux painted to match the outside of our home. Dan and his son were here when they said they would be, and we are very pleased with the work they performed. I am very happy to highly recommend Dan Only HVAC.

After getting the run around form the home warranty company I called Dan Only. He took the call in the evening and did a diagnosis and quote early the next morning. Ordered the parts and it was fixed the next morning. Easy to communicate with, no up sell, prompt and fair price. Won't hesitate to call again. Thanks

...A/C unit kept running and fan in house not circulating it. Dan pinpointed it in what seemed like less than a minute! OEM part on 13 year-old furnace died. Quick replacement and test. Good as new. Kudos to Dan Only HVAC You kept a couple of seniors from evaporating. Good word of mouth reference from us. Keep up the great work.
