I had an initial consult with John and explained to him that my main issue was energy efficiency and solutions to cool my house down with a unique structure, no attic space, and exposed wood beams inside. John suggested I replace my existing skylights with a version that can open to decompress the heat. Additionally, he suggested a TPO cool roof system that provides for additional deflection of heat. I must say, the results have been great. The house is significantly cooler, by about 7 degrees. And the roof and skylights look beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!“

“My Roof job was a complete replacement - old shingles were destroyed by unprecedented rain event - so job was simple: remove all old surfaces and replace with new .. They also recommended, and I agreed, to complete over-sheathing with new plywood since the original was dry and liable to splintering. Roof Workers did a good job and were meticulous, though there were some specific errors which I think would have gone uncorrected if I wasn't here. However .. I am still waiting for my warranty papers and final receipt after a month has gone by :-(“
