“I started going to this laundromat about a month ago. My first impression was positive, it's clean, and the staff is friendly ?. Unfortunately, I started to find some inconveniences that have cost me time and money ?. I use hot water temperature to wash all my clothes, which I understand that it has an extra charge, and that's something I'm willing to pay. These are the problems ?: the start button you have to push in some of the washer machines are too sensitive and sometimes, it changes the set when you push (hot to quick wash, etc) ?, so I have had to rewash my clothes a couple of times. Then, one of the costumers told me that the machines don't really have hot water. If you touch the door of the washer you can feel if it's at least warm, but when I touched the doors of the three or four machines I was using, only one of them was lightly warm ?. Again, I don't mind paying the extra charge for the hot water, but I mind if there is no hot water. I spend about 150-200 dollars, a month on laundry. I don't think this is correct ?. Hopefully, the people in charge can do something about these issues...I would like to continue using this place to do my laundry ????? and be happy again ?. I thank you advance for your interest, dear owner/managers!
